Leamington business coaching firm expands for lockdown 2.0
A business coaching firm based in Leamington is celebrating after introducing a new coach to their already impressive roster. Kath Cleary joins ActionCOACH Warwick to support business growth specialist Kevin Riley and his team with their business owner clients across Warwick, Banbury and surrounding areas. After 25-plus years working in HR roles across the globe, Kath is thrilled to now apply her expertise on a local level.
“2020 has been a challenging year and I’m proud to be working alongside Kevin and the rest of his superstar team to support businesses across the region. With the second lockdown underway, we’ll be working with clients to, once again, survive this. I’m extremely excited to give back to the local business community and physically seeing the amazing results that we can help people to produce.”
Kath brings over two decades of commercial experience to the firm, including her time as HR Director of a global organisation with 80,000 worldwide employees, 7,000 of which were in the UK. Her addition means that ActionCOACH Warwick can reach so many more people in our local business community – allowing them to support more business owners to succeed and get ever closer to achieving the firm’s goal of creating 150 millionaires within 15 years.
When the pandemic sent the country into its first lockdown, ActionCOACH Warwick continued to offer their coaching to clients across Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. In total, between March and June, they also gifted 181 free coaching sessions to 753 businesses in the region. Now, with the second lockdown, Kevin is grateful to introduce Kath to the team and expand their reach.
