Lord Sugar will kick off recovery for business owners thanks to local entrepreneur
Following a 20-year career in the corporate world, Simac Konkader is determined to put all his knowledge to good use by helping business owners from Slough to Belsize to transition from lockdown. With his new business coaching firm ActionCOACH, Simac is hoping that, by bringing proven growth strategies and tactics to businesses, his support will also have a positive impact on the local economy and residents.
“After my career in corporate consultancy, transforming teams and implementing effective systems, I’m now passionate about paying that experience back to others,” said Simac. “I’ve recognised the real potential when teams are coached to be at their very best and, at my new firm, this is what I’ll be focusing on. I’m determined to make my own mark on the prosperity of the local business community.”
As the national lockdown comes to an end, Simac is ready to inject wealth back into the businesses of the borough. Simac’s role as a business growth specialist will be to share expert strategies and growth tactics to boost productivity and profitability for all. As he brings his abundance of knowledge from his past career, he’s determined to create even bigger waves throughout the area.
Simac will be gifting 200 hours of coaching sessions (valued at £300,000) this year as part of his bigger purpose to create 1,000 employment opportunities within the next three years. To kick things off, he is giving away 10 tickets (worth over £250 each) to ActionCOACH’s event extravaganza, BizX 2021, on April 29th and 30th. The virtual two-day event is designed to give business owners immediate takeaways to help grow their businesses. With Lord Sugar topping the bill for this year’s line-up, Simac wants to help 10 business owners to exit lockdown with a bang – creating opportunities for hiring rather than Lord Sugar’s well-known hobby of firing!
