Bea Jareno Jewellery celebrates 15 years of the Afiok collection

Bea Jareno Jewellery is set to celebrate 15 years of their phenomenally popular Afiok collection by holding a special showcase event. Between the 27th and 30th June, the company will be taking part in the Handmade in Oxford show at the Waterperry House, with a special private viewing on the Thursday evening.

The Afiok collection was the first to be put together by the incredibly talented Bea Jareno team, and this showcase will be made up of their classic designs and a number of special edition pieces. Inspired by African culture and with each piece handcrafted, the Afiok collection remains their best seller even after 15 years.

Speaking ahead of the Handmade in Oxford event, founder and creative director Bea said: “The Afiok collection was our first and these pieces remain wildly popular. They have a classic yet contemporary style which our customers love, and it seemed only right to mark this big milestone by holding a special showcase event.

“We’re delighted to have been chosen to display our jewellery at the Waterperry House event, which is a very prestigious occasion. We’ll be in the company of all sorts of talented artists and designers, making this the perfect place to display our Afiok collection and celebrate our 15 years of craftsmanship. We hope to see plenty of customers old and new, particularly at our private viewing.”

In addition to their core collection, the designers at Bea Jareno Jewellery have also been working on some bespoke one-of-a-kind pieces to add to their display. The Handmade in Oxford show replaces the previous Art in Action fair, which came to an end last year after four decades. Bea Jareno Jewellery also took part in Art in Action for the final four years it was held, often selling out of the pieces they brought to the event.
