Marshall & Brown launches a range of gourmet teas

Fine teas join the luxury food brand’s collection

Holidays abroad may have to wait for now but everyone can still go on a flavour adventure as award-winning purveyors of fine Jamaican fayre, Marshall & Brown, have launched a new range of refined and refreshing teas – just in time for spring.

The vegan-friendly collection, made from all-natural ingredients, includes Jamaican favourites Soursop, Sorrel & Ginger, Cerasee, Moringa & Peppermint and Turmeric & Ginger to excite our taste buds.

Marshall & Brown are also offering more standard tea types including Lemon & Ginger and Peppermint tea infusion, all produced by local farmers in small batches on the Caribbean island of Jamaica.

Beautifully packaged in colourful boxes featuring an image of the Jamaican Hummingbird – the national bird of Jamaica – the decadent tea infusions are the perfect pandemic pick-me-up, while also making an original gift for frequent travel lovers who are now stuck at home.

Dr Carlton Brown, the founder of Marshall & Brown, said of the launch: “We are always looking to push the boundaries with new product releases, inspired by one of the Caribbean’s largest and liveliest islands, to create a little theatre and continually excite our customers during these difficult times. About Marshall and Brown London

The inspiration behind Marshall and Brown came from Dr Carlton Brown’s mother, who is 97, and his mother-in-law. The company is named after these two wonderful matriarchs – Olive Brown and Eugenia Marshall – who were both born on the beautiful island of Jamaica. They were both amazing cooks and on Sundays, one of their family traditions was to have a dish that had been marinated or seasoned with Jerk seasoning.
