BOTTLETOP #TOGETHERBAND Comes To Lone Design Club Ahead Of Cop26

The leading, beauty and lifestyle omnichannel retailer, supporting sustainable and independent brands, Lone Design Club, adds BOTTLETOP handbags and #TOGETHERBAND to their roster of unique, sustainable, online brands.

Lone Design Club’s core values of sustainability, ethics and community fit perfectly with BOTTLETOP’S three main principles of people, product and planet. With these key elements at the core of what they do, BOTTLETOP is innovating and striving to make a better future. From the plastic-free and carbon-neutral manufacturing and supply chain, their ethical and transparent working conditions to the sustainable and fashion-forward end products, every element is carefully thought out without compromise

“We are thrilled to be working with Lone Design Club, a forward-thinking platform that champions the best truly ethical brands. Working together and supporting each other, which is at the heart of what they do, is critical for a sustainable future.” Cameron Saul, Co-founder of BOTTLETOP and Co-creator of #TOGETHERBAND.

Lone Design Club will extend this online partnership, onboarding BOTTLETOP’s #TOGETHERBAND campaign later this month. The #TOGETHERBAND global movement was launched in 2019 to inform, inspire and humanise the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through sustainable fashion, art, music and journalism. LDC will highlight the yellow band, which represents Goal 07: Affordable & Clean Energy and #TOGETHERBAND’S latest Clean Power campaign to support the race to Zero carbon emissions in the run-up to COP26.

The online collection will include BOTTLETOPS signature pieces. The Bellani is a wardrobe staple, with its fashion-forward design, generous propositions and adjustable strap, and The Sara bag, a compact and lightweight mini bag that can be worn across the body or around the waist. The belt and purse detach so each can be worn separately, so two accessories for the price of one. Both were created by hand at the BOTTLETOP atelier in Itapua, Brazil supporting artisans and the wider community.

The #TOGETHERBAND campaign has had a reach of over 6.6 billion since its launch. And has been supported by over 800 carefully curated ambassadors, removed over 125 tonnes of plastic from the ocean and marine environments, has upcycled over 1 tonne of illegal firearm metal confiscated from gangs, donated over 55,000 medical-grade face shields to front line health workers during the pandemic and have created over 67,200 hours or artisan employment in Nepal.

Lone Design Club are proud to be embarking on a relationship with Bottletop and Togetherband, a brand and a movement we deeply respect and support. Having in the past personally purchased a friendship set supporting the SDGs for my mother and I at a Christmas pop-up of theirs a few years ago, I’m thrilled that Lone Design Club can now spread their message at what couldn’t be a more crucial time in the fashion industry. Plus, BOTTLETOP’s bags are just fantastic - stylish and sustainable innovation at its best! Comments LDC COO, Alice McAnulty.

Lone Design Club is cutting through the noise of a saturated fast‐fashion market and shaking up the conventional shopping experience by challenging traditional retail offerings in the UK and internationally. By presenting a new immersive shopping experience, LDC blurs the lines between consumers’ online and in‐store purchasing experiences.

Lone Design Club seamlessly blends its physical stores with online experiences through live streams, an online marketplace, mobile self‐checkout, product information, and QR codes connecting the physical to the digital.

The beauty of LDC is that every concept store is unique. Whether it is displaying a new emerging premium brand, discovering one-of-a-kind products, or gaining a glimpse into the fashion world with in‐store experiences and events led by influential individuals within the fashion industry.
