Pryers Solicitors (Pure Legal Limited) acquired by Switalskis
Pryers Solicitors, has announced that on 1 April it will be acquired by Yorkshire-based specialist law firm, Switalskis.
With over 28 years of experience in the legal market, Switalskis has a strong reputation in medical negligence and serious-injury personal injury claims. However, the firm offers a range of other services, including child abuse compensation claims, Court of Protection, family law, childcare, crime, mental health law, wills and probate, residential and commercial property, employment and commercial law.
Following its acquisition by Switalskis, Pryers will be able to offer both new and existing clients a wider range of services.

Pryers is well-established in the medical negligence and personal injury sectors, but this relationship will allow us to offer a more complete service to all our clients, helping them with all their legal needs, as well us giving us the support needed to expand in our existing areas of work.”
He added; “Our medical negligence and personal injury clients often have complex needs, so it will be very beneficial to extend the legal support we can offer, beyond their compensation claims.”
The deal will see 70 legal specialists and support staff from Pryers become part of the Switalskis group. However, the company will continue to trade under the Pryers name.
