Talent Intuition Shortlisted for 2020 Great British Entrepreneur Awards

Talent Intuition has been shortlisted in the Service Industries Entrepreneur of the Year category at the 2020 Great British Entrepreneur Awards for the Wales region. Founded in 2013, the Great British Entrepreneur Awards acknowledges the hard work and inspiring stories of entrepreneurs and businesses in the UK. The winners will be announced online on September 23rd at 7pm.

The award would mean a lot to the Cardiff - based start-up which has been making huge difference to how major businesses make decisions about people especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The firm;s business intelligence has been used by companies looking to inform their long-term response to major incidents such as COVID-19 and the team has been working hard during a challenging time.

Talent Intuition's platform, Stratigens, gives HR leaders data to transform businesses with the speed and ease required in today's world. The platform enables quicker business decisions about workforce and workplace, revolutionised in their logic and simplicity.

CEO, Alison Ettridge, commented on being shortlisted, saying:

“We are a small business making a big difference. We have been using our platform, Stratigens, to give organisations data, based on the external profiles of their employees, in three to four days, because collating data from their internal systems was going to take weeks. Being recognised at this time would mean a lot to us and we'd absolutely love to go on and win!'

The Great British Entrepreneur Awards have celebrated some outstanding entrepreneurs who have gone on to become household names. Previous winners include the founders of BrewDog, Tangle Teezer, The LAD Bible, Clearscore & The Cambridge Satchel Company. Judges of the awards include Hayley Parsons, who founded Go Compare, Cath Kidston, Lord Bilimoria of Cobra Beer and Kanya King, the founder of the MOBO awards.
