Business coach vows to make 150 millionaires over next 15 years
A local business coach is bringing over 20 years of expertise to Banbury and Leamington Spa, supporting business owners to become more profitable. Kevin Riley has been awarded Senior Partner status with global firm ActionCOACH and is looking forward to replicating the success the business coaching giant has helped deliver for thousands of businesses to date. He plans to create 150 millionaires in the next 15 years.
“My mission, as a business growth specialist, is to enable business owners to not only create great businesses with sustained profitable growth, but also to lead incredible lives; lives providing the freedom that business ownership always promises yet rarely delivers. I hardly ever meet a business owner that doesn’t struggle with time, team or money issues in their personal or professional life.”
Kevin has worked his way up to his position and has experienced the pitfalls that many business owners face. It’s these learning curves, combined with his extensive skillset, that makes Kevin ideally placed to work with entrepreneurs who experience their own challenges along the way.
“After setting up my own travel company when I was 24 years old, I thought I could rule the world but I quickly realised that business was highly competitive. For the last 18 years, I’ve worked hard and learnt a great deal about business - it then became my dream to help other entrepreneurs through the stages of business growth.”
Kevin wants to impact as many business owners as possible, pledging to work for free with a charity, a school and a low-investment business each year – giving everyone the opportunity to benefit from his expertise.
“The community and culture of abundance at ActionCOACH is what initially drew me in and that’s what I want to share with other business owners. I’m going to give people back their entrepreneurial spirit, helping them to see the light on dark days. I’ve also got a passion for working with those businesses that might not usually be able to afford a coach – I work with clients based on their attitude rather than the size of their business.”
Kevin is hosting a free event on Thursday 4th July at Woodford Grange in Leamington Spa where local business owners have the opportunity to get practical advice to take back to their teams for immediate impact.
“People don’t think twice about getting a sports coach to improve performance, so why should it be any different for business? I’m highly competitive in sports and I always think of them as very similar. I work tactically, spotting where the weaknesses are, developing those areas to be the best they can possibly be and that’s how I also support my clients.
