Gary Keating has a lifetime of awards successes and business ups and downs. He's just won South West Coach of the Year & West UK Growth Coach of the Year at this year's ActionCOACH awards. He's also just been awarded ActionCOACH's Senior Partner status for Bristol.

Bristol’s award-winning business coach sets his sights on new challenge
Help is on hand for Bristolian Business Owners
ActionCOACH, the world’s largest business coaching firm, is pleased to announce Gary Keating has been awarded their Senior Partner status for Bristol.
After a lifetime of working for himself in the South West of England and Hong Kong, Gary decided to retire back to Bristol in 2011 – but he didn’t enjoy all his free time! Five years later, he found ActionCOACH and a new purpose.
“I’ve endured and enjoyed a lifetime of good and challenges in business. Sometimes I’ve worked almost 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make a business work. I realised how becoming an Action coach could make a difference to Bristol. Sparing entrepreneurs from those kind of hours and helping families generate more rewards from their business has filled me and my team with purpose and desire to do more.”
As the first to be awarded Senior Partner status in the South West, Gary now has the exclusive ActionCOACH rights to support businesses in the Bristol area, in fact, a potential of over 11,000 business owners. He plans to support as many of these as possible, growing a team of employee coaches over the next 10 years. His first employee coach, Jane Carvell, takes on her first challenge at ActionCOACH University this week!

I have a large family including a grandson who is one month older than my own son, Callum. Even though I chose to come out of retirement, we all spend plenty of time together whether that is teaching piano, tinkering with tractors or joining me on my latest passion of farming sheep and pigs!
