Midlands-based business coach is crowned best in the UK
A local business coach has won the award for Best Client Satisfaction Ratings in the UK for the third consecutive year, receiving a 100% rating.
Andy Hemming, from ActionCOACH Black Country, scooped the award in an independent survey conducted by WorkBuzz. His 100% satisfaction rating gives him a Net Promoter Score where people are more likely to recommend his ActionCOACH firm than a faithful Apple customer is to recommend an iPhone!
The results also revealed the impact that Andy has had on his clients. Eighty-eight per cent of them said Andy helps them to achieve a better work-life balance, with 29% stating that they worked at least 50% less hours. An impressive 62% of his clients report their turnover has at least doubled, and 46% said their profits had at least doubled. As 100% of his clients say they’re ‘very likely’ to recommend his service to a friend, Andy’s influence is clear. Fern Fellowes-Day, from Focus Ecology, has seen her business grow by 300% since working with Andy.
