As afrobeats music continues to invade the UK, singer/songwriter Rotimo has organised an exciting event that is about to take afrobeats music to a new dimension. This fresh and vibrant genre which was born in Nigeria and Ghana has been gaining popularity in the UK since the 1970’s. Afrobeats is now more appealing than ever and Rotimo’s upcoming event will be guaranteed to make the audience forget about their woes and dance the night away.

The talented Rotimo has been organising events to make afrobeats music more accessible. The next event on Saturday 1st July at the O2 Academy Islington is set to be the biggest event yet. The event will be hosted by comedian, TBoy, the social media phenomenon who has almost 200,000 loyal Instagram followers and DJs on the night include; DJ Yung Milli of Bang Radio 103.6 FM and Eplus of Capital XTRA.
