Amdaris appoints Glyn Blaize as Chief Operations Officer
Amdaris is pleased to announce the appointment of Glyn Blaize to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Glyn joins from Northstar Innovation Group, a business improvement and analytics company he founded in 2015.
An ex-rugby player turned businessman, Glyn has held an impressive number of director roles over his career, including Commercial Director, Sales Director and Operations Director at growing SMEs and Managing Director at Addocura.
He said: “I’ve developed really good relationships with the team and with Vlad and Andy over the years, I’ve spoken to a lot of people in the centres and spent time with them. One of the key elements is that, while we’re growing at an exponential rate, it feels like we’re a family with a great, supportive culture. What I want to do is really take on the challenge of maintaining that feeling of belonging when you are growing a business so quickly.”
Glyn’s tasks will include “scaling up” the Amdaris culture while the company continues to grow, owning employer brand and driving recruitment, developing the Amdaris corporate strategy and more.
