RightIndem, a business that offers a digital self-service claims platform for insurers, TPA’s and Brokers, has appointed nearshore software development company, Amdaris, to further support its international expansion.

The RightIndem solution is a white-labelled digital chassis that provides a platform for policyholders to self-serve their claim, sharing their loss experience with their insurer, at a time of their choosing, interacting with a guided digital process that is augmented with machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
