Dr Laura Rose Cutress is a business coach and brand specialist, working with small businesses around the globe. She’s the entrepreneur’s cheerleader, voice of reason, sounding board and personal champion, assisting them from start-up to success and celebrating their every move.
With a Ph.D, 3 degrees, two postgraduate certificates, 12 jobs, 4 businesses and a divorce and experience with mental health problems by the time she was 30, Laura understands the juggle of life and work, what drives us towards starting our own business, the importance of following your dreams and wants to help others step into their confidence. Through her work, she guides clients through a reflection of their targets, hopes and dreams and enables them to unleash their inner entrepreneur just DYING to get out there and shine.

Outside of her coaching work, Laura is a passionate content creator for heart-led businesses, and her mission statement is simple - helping build gorgeous businesses through creative, intelligent and authentic messaging that feels good. By working with business owners who need guidance and a non-judgemental safe space, she is talented at connecting with their authenticity, creating clarity and confidence, and creating a strategic path ahead for them to elevate their business.
Laura has written for, and been featured in a whole host of online blogs and print, including Entrepreneur League, North Wales Magazine, the British Mountaineering Council website and Summit magazine. Her photography and branding work have been featured for clients in in Ernest magazine, Smallish Magazine, Ultd Business Sheffield and The Mail Online.
Laura works 1-2-1 with small business clients daily and has run several business development workshops with groups up to 30 attendees across the UK. She has been asked to attend as guest speaker at networking events in and around Sheffield and undertakes professional development conferences and supervision sessions regularly. She has plans in place to run business development retreats in the near future in Europe and California.
Laura has been described as ‘inspiringly ambitious and terrifyingly organised’ and outside of work can usually be found out with her camera, running with the dog in the Peak District, or discovering the cool indie cafés and shops of Sheffield.
