Gloucester and Cheltenham Takeover for Local Aspray Loss Assessor
ASPRAY (Swindon) Director Mark Fletcher is expanding his business, now offering his insurance claims management service to property owners across Gloucester, Cheltenham, and the Cotswolds. Both residential and commercial property owners will have the benefit of Mark’s expertise on their doorstep if their property is damaged and they need to make a claim on their buildings insurance policy.
A valuable service to know of, especially as winter rolls in and the potential for a burst pipe or leak increases.
In November last year, Gloucestershire was hit by Storm Arwen which brought blizzard like conditions to the region. Homes and businesses across the region were damaged leaving many policyholders to deal with an insurance claim to reinstate their property. Luckily, Mark was on hand to help out policyholders across Swindon and the surrounding areas during this time, mobilizing contractors and dealing with insurance adjusters.
Mark said about the expansion:
“I have built my business across Swindon over the past four years and have had the privilege of helping many people with their property insurance claims. I’ve handled everything from a flash flooding to 6 basement flats, escape of oil in back garden resulting in moving 80 tonnes of contaminated soil, to water damage caused by ruptured underfloor water pipes and everything in between.
It’s an amazing feeling handing back a property that has been reinstated. Being in a position to expand my business gives me the opportunity to help more people in my local area who may be struggling with their claim or simply just do not have time to manage the claim themselves.”
Having one point of contact throughout the claim can make the process much simpler for the policyholder. Mark deals with the insurer directly, as well as their loss adjuster or claims management service. He also has a network of vetted subcontractors to complete the reinstatement works.
