Bee Good Launches Crowdfunding Campaign

Award winning British skincare brand, Bee Good is set to launch a crowdfunding campaign via Crowdcube ahead of three new product launches this year.

Bee Good is an amazing success story, a British company, using British honey, beeswax and propolis to make award winning natural skincare products that are certified Cruelty Free.

Bee Good has embarked on a crowdfunding campaign to support its mission to grow into the leading international brand, known for making great bee based skincare products, promoting the importance of our British bees and supporting more young bee farmers.

Launched in 2013 from founders Simon and Caroline's kitchen, the brand currently sell a range of 16 products, extending to 19 later this year. With over 24 industry awards under their belt, including two "Beauty Oscars" from CEW, Bee Good can be found on the shelves of Waitrose and are used by a number of premier spas and hotels in the UK offering natural, bee-based treatments.

Following the completion of its crowdfunding campaign, Bee Good plans to use the fund to develop their NPD for 2019, and for their continued growth. Bee Good has a strong presence on Amazon UK, with their own branded store (https://amazon.co.uk/beegood) qualifying for Amazon Prime delivery, with 2018 sales double the previous year. Starting in late 2018, they extended their Amazon distribution into France, Germany, Italy and Spain with Amazon Prime delivery. They are also set to launch on Amazon and Nykaa e-commerce sites in India mid 2019 with strong projections for this market as a UK natural skincare brand.

Simon Cavill, Founder, Bee Good said: 'From the very beginning we committed ourselves to supporting British bees and fellow beekeepers and so far, have given out over 1.4M native wildflower seeds to our wonderful Bee Good customers who buy from our website.

We actively promote the vital importance of bees and other pollinators to the public through various promotions on our website and blog as well as our social media channels on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and emails etc. I also give talks and presentations on bees and beekeeping to various groups including many schools, the W.I. Rotary groups U3A and many other community groups.

We're investing in the future having previously sponsored several young professional bee farming apprentices and will put more money behind young beekeepers and apprentice bee farmers as we grow.'
