Bempong Talking Therapy launches Revolutionary AI Data Driven Mental Health And DEEI System In Black History Month

London, UK - Bempong Talking Therapy, the leading mental health service provider, and Diversity, Equity , Equality and Inclusion (DEEI) consultancy, announced on 25th October the launch of a ground-breaking campaign, leveraging the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and data to promote mental health and organisational well-being. The campaign, which kicked off during Black History Month, is a culmination of founder Jarell Bempong's lifelong commitment to advancing cultural inclusivity as a strategy for delivering mental health.

The initiative seeks to align organisational and therapeutic programs and their outputs to promote the well-being of individuals and utilise cultural inclusivity as a means of dealing with mental health. The core focus of the initiative will be data collection from organisational life on employee equity, inclusion and well-being, creating a distinct topography that enables a precision focus for targeted interventions using AI to address intersectionality and devise approaches that bring about positive change through measurement and targeted interventions.

Said Bempong, "Our ultimate goal is to create a well-being algorithm written in the language of empathy and inclusivity. It will enable us to do more than adapt to the present; we can create a new future that is equitable, conscious, and empowered, one individual at a time."

“The Strategy and campaign is having impact,” said Hugh O'Keeffe, Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Employers Network For Equality and Inclusion (ENEI) after a group discussion led by Bempong for ENEI: "Jarell is a highly engaging and passionate speaker who communicates with a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding. The feedback from our audience was overwhelmingly positive, largely due to his practical and comprehensive insights.” In other news, a compelling 90% of workshop participants with Bempong’s client Eastlight Homes, utilising Bempongs principles, reported an enriched understanding of cultural consciousness, a linchpin of Bempong Talking Therapy methodology.

The strategy will apply to organisations and therapeutic settings globally, primarily focusing on communities with elevated needs for Diversity, Equity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEEI). The campaign will target Chief Executives in corporate environments right through to Mental Health Coordinators and therapists serving Black and cultural minority clients, unlocking human potential by shifting from merely transactional dialogues to full blown transformational engagements.

The initiative is expected to provide the following benefits to corporate life and mental health welfare:

• ROI & Bottom-Line Impact: Offering quantifiable emotional and financial returns.

• Recruitment & Retention: Enhancing both workforce and client diversity.

• Cost-Efficiency: Optimising resource allocation across multiple platforms.

• Cultural Capital: Recognising diversity as an asset.

• Tailored Interventions: Providing customised well-being plans utilising Bempong Talking Therapy and PERMA models.

• Streamlined Operations: Elevating efficiency in both corporate and therapeutic settings.

• Employee Empowerment: Transforming the workforce into proactive contributors.

• Universal Accessibility: Guaranteeing equitable access to mental well-being resources.

• Inclusive Assessments: Offering a well-rounded view of unique challenges.

• Precision Focus: Leveraging machine learning for highly targeted interventions.

• Evidence-Based Methodology: Employing empirically proven frameworks.

• Success Metrics: Validating the efforts through quantifiable data.

• Single-Point Access: Simplifying the user experience across services.

• Advanced Analytics: Providing real-time, nuanced insights into mental well-being.

"We believe the campaign will transform the landscape of DEEI in organisations going forward, and we are excited to be at the forefront of this initiative. Our holistic approach to wellness ensures we provide real-time information and metrics for key decision-making parties within organisations to deliver real, measurable impact," Bempong said.

The campaign will build on Bempong's best-selling book, "White Talking Therapy Can't Think in Black," which highlights the need for cultural competence in delivering mental health care.
