Kent Teenager Plays in Celebrity Football Tournament
Social media expert, rising TV star and award winning young entrepreneur Ben Towers from Kent has been selected to play at the next Soccer Six Celebrity football tournament. The games will be on Saturday the 26th March at the Olympic Park Stadium in Stratford, tickets are available through the celebrity soccer 6 website.
Ben currently stars on CBBC with a new show called Pocket Money Pitch every Monday night at 5:30pm. The show helps 8-14 years old’s with a business idea to develop their skills, under the guidance of business gurus. Ben, who built a successful web design company before he left school, was recently awarded the number one spot on the Kent top 30 under 30 list for the best young business minds in Kent.
Ben joins a long line of celebrities to have played in the tournament including Ant and Dec, Blur, Take That and Robbie Williams. Thousands of fans attend from all over the world to see the likes of this year’s line-up of celebrities including Rudimental, Dappy, Mason Noise and Joseph Valente.
