Interaction with App

BirdieCamera comes with an app for Android and iOS so that there is never an opportunity to miss the birds in your backyard. The accompanying app features AI technology to identify over 10,000 species of birds around the world. Whenever the birds show up, it will push notifications to the phone for real-time viewing. Users may pick their most satisfying pictures and add them to the collection which can be showed to other bird lovers over the App.

High-resolution Camera

BirdieCamera takes advantage of the Surveillance-grade camera with f2.0 Large aperture to deliver high-resolution pictures and videos. The infrared sensing gives timely notice to the birds shown up without disturbing or threatening them. Take birds’ habits into consideration, BirdieCamera uses ultra-close focus to adjust the camera for near-focus scenes, and its night vision feature ensures clear vision from dawn to dusk.

Bird-friendly Style Feeder

BirdieCamera is designed to bring the most familiar experience to birds without stressing them. The semi-enclosed structure of the feeder can keep the birds out of the rain, and enable the birds to access the food easily. Made from renewable and environmentally friendly synthetic wood, BirdieCamera attracts the birds naturally with respect to their habits. The bottom trough help drain excess water and prevent the bird food from getting moldy. It takes the least amount of effort to take care of the feeder.

“We hope BirdieCamera can foster people’s connection with birds that visit their homes. ” Said the Product Designer Bill Lee. “If you didn’t know the lovely visitors before, you may take the chance to meet them now.”

Inspired by his own experience, Bill proposes that getting know the birds in people’s neighbouring habitats allows them to appreciate the lovely creature and will encourage protective actions when needed.

BirdieCamera is also contributing to help protect the bird species by donating $1 of each device sold to local bird protection societies.
