It is now three years since founder Barry Mustafa left his former estate agency to 'go it alone'. Barry had spent 12 years as an employee, and wished to take what he had learned and put it towards his own enterprise.
That decision has proved to be a savvy one, given the success which BM Property Agents has experienced in a short space of time, servicing the areas of Westcliff-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea and Leigh-on-Sea. With the company feeling it has gained a foothold in the local market, Barry has decided that now is the time to uncover the secrets to BM Property Agents' success.
Barry wanted to work in his own way, and set about removing the bad practices which he saw over his years in the industry. But he is keen to stress that he has also put into practice the good things which he learned, and the result is an efficiently operating estate agency with many happy customers.
Having just added a second full-time employee, BM Property Agents are now primed to develop both the lettings and sales side of the business.
