BookAchef Expands Into the Midlands

An innovative new on line solution to the UKs Chefing skills crisis is coming to the Midlands. BookAchef.com is the first ever completely transparent temporary chef booking service that will match make catering outlets and eateries with sought after skilled chefs. Focusing on linking the specific requirements of the eatery with that of chefs.

This revolutionary platform allows chefs to build their own profile and set their own rates in order to sell themselves to hospitality customers. Meanwhile those customers know who they are getting, with what skills and at what cost.

The BookAchef Midlands franchise is being taken on by Shane Gleave, an experienced chef himself. Shane, having worked in kitchens for over 10 years really has the fire and enthusiasm to bring the best chefs to the best kitchens in the Midlands. Shane added “In my experience there is a lot of mis trust amongst caterers when it comes to recruitment company’s, but with a combination of my industry hands on experience together with the transparent BookAchef platform, I really feel we can smash through this and deliver a great service to both caterers and freelance chefs."

BookAchef has been founded by Duncan Falconer and Chris Askew who’s combined experience in the hospitality sector spans over 30 years, Chris Askew added ‘we are delighted to have Shane on board who has the regional knowledge to drive BookAchefs growth in the Midlands region.

BookAchef is a revolutionary new online matchmaking solution, bringing together sought after chefs with hospitality and catering customers.
