Brightside Print & Design Invest In New Manufacturing Equipment for Boxes, Posters, Documents, and More

Brightside is investing in the new and improved printing tech of the 2020s with the Graphtec F-Mark automatic sheet-fed cutting system. This automatic sheet cutter could drastically overhaul the speed and precision with which items are printed and cut by the company.

London, 10th April, 2021 - Brightside Print & Design have invested in new manufacturing equipment for boxes, posters, business cards, and more with the new automatic sheet cutter from Graphtec. This new machine has the capability of running without a supervisor and managing a wide range of tasks. This has significantly boosted the efficiency of the acclaimed print and design firm, which hopes to increase production and service a wider range of clients in need of paper, cardstock, and cardboard packaging materials.

Brightside analyzed the market to find an ideal cutting system that would be able to provide all the services required to manufacture varied and detailed content quickly and efficiently without cutting any corners (no pun intended). Since a variety of clients come to Brightside with their needs, an all-in-one machine that could function on its own and deliver the elegant results that showed the creative prowess and intricate detail on display from Brightside's design team was desperately needed, and it's been found in the Graphtec F-mark automatic cutter.

This comes at a perfect time for the expanding print and design enterprise, which has recently established a more dominant digital presence with its move into providing SEO-centric marketing services for companies moving into the online marketplace.

Laurence Hobbs, Sales Director comments; "as more clients come knocking at the doors, the business had to ramp up its production capabilities to the next level in order to meet amplified attention and advancing demand".

With an increased need to deploy personnel to deal with increasing customer requests and more complicated designs and logos, Brightside's new automatic cutting system will have the ability to perform detailed and intricate cutting and design work. Products like stickers and envelopes that require adhesive will have that laid on during the printing process, eliminating the production of goods to continue uninterrupted regardless of how many steps there are in designing the ideal product. Business cards can be inlaid, have raised text added for flourish points, and will continue to be delivered speedily and in good quality.

With the addition of a new machine came the addition of new opportunities for in-house training and upskilling. Brightside prides itself on its skillful and knowledgeable workforce, and the arrival of a new tool for producing high-quality products brings the chance for that workforce to become just a bit more educated. A complicated cutting system, the F-mark cutter will allow works to die-cut, kiss-cut, and perforate paper and cardstock products to deliver standout designs and innovative textures. With a processing speed of new sheets every 30-40 seconds, a halt in operations could drastically slow down the newly expected efficiency from the cutter, which is why upskilling workers was such a priority with the introduction of new tech. In the next few months, the public can expect an increase in quality and delivery speed from Brightside when delivering reports, posters, flyers, brochures, business cards, and documents.
