Condolences for people who have passed away from the rampaging Covid crises in India

The BSCF expresses its deepest condolences for people who have passed away from the rampaging Covid crises in India and prays for those infected for a speedy recovery.

Bhai Mohinder Singh ji, the Chairperson, said: “We request the UK government to go further in helping Indians in their Covid crises as much as it can on all our behalf.

“Our prayers are with Indians and for the Covid situation to get better as soon as possible. We are delighted that the UK government has pledged significant Aid, as have many other countries that include the USA, Europe, and Pakistan and many other countries around the world.

“We request our Government (Britain) to go further with any assistance it can in sending equipment and vaccinations on all our behalf.”

We also extend our sympathies to the many people in Britain who have relatives in India and are concerned about their wellbeing at this difficult time.

We have confidence in the Indian establishment to rise to the occasion in this calamity, as it has many times before and hope the political push to do all will help to bring this dire situation under control

.

We urge all Countries who can, to rise above nationalism and see this as a common problem for humanity. We request them to give as much help to India to manage this crisis as they can.
