Bright Ideas Trust Teams with Marketing Mastery to Help Young Entrepreneurs
Online marketing specialist Business Mastery Online is proud to announce a new partnership with The Bright Ideas Trust to offer its unique, video-based marketing course to young entrepreneurs free of charge.
The Bright Ideas Trust is chaired by Lord Sugar’s former right-hand woman Dr Margaret Mountford and was founded in 2007 by Tim Campbell, the first winner of the popular TV series The Apprentice.
The charity encourages thousands of young people – particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds – to get involved in enterprise through business, support, mentoring and funding.
At an event in London last night, attended by Dr Mountford and by Tim Campbell, founder Hanan Kattan introduced the video-based course, called Marketing Mastery, which will help Bright Ideas members to establish a credible marketing plan and exponentially increase revenues without the costs of hiring a consultant, something that is out of reach for most start ups.
Kattan has started and grown several businesses of her own over the years, including hair care brand Te Tao, and is the author of marketing book ‘Grow Your Profits’ as well as a successful film producer. She says: ‘We are strong believers in the support that Bright Ideas gives to young entrepreneurs and we wanted to do our part to help.’
Kattan is giving the course free of charge to Bright Ideas entrepreneurs in association with her own foundation, the Sarif-Kattan Foundation.
‘The hard truth is that 80% of businesses fail,’ continues Kattan. ‘We believe the Marketing Mastery course can exponentially increase the odds of succeeding. We know that time is an entrepreneur’s most precious commodity so lessons are delivered in a user-friendly e-learning video format that can be viewed and applied at their convenience.’
