Harlow care firm celebrates three years in business and sets sights on expansion

A Harlow-based provider of domiciliary care to elderly people and others who are potentially vulnerable has notched up three years of looking after clients in their own homes.

The team at Care Just4U operates under the banner ‘Your care, the way you want it’ and there is a focus on looking after individual needs.

Since 2016, the team has doubled in size, and now the business is looking to take on four new members of staff.

In the beginning, the healthcare company operated exclusively in Harlow, before expanding into neighbouring places including Epping, Waltham Abbey and Stansted. Now Care Just4U aims to cover more areas further afield.

Company owner Ifeoma Achomadu commented: “We’re delighted with the way we've grown since we’ve been in business, and we’re now actively recruiting to strengthen the team further. So we’d love to hear from anyone locally who might be interested in joining us.

“We’ve been busy since launching, and are expecting that to continue.”

Care Just4U offers cost-effective care to a high standard to those who wish to live at home independently but with additional support.

Services provided by the business include assisted living, 24-hour support and live-in and palliative care, plus assistance with getting to appointments or tasks such as housework, shopping or gardening.

A 2017 Quality Care Commission (CQC) inspection ranked the service as good, describing Care Just4U as providing a ‘caring, responsive’ service with good leadership and a client-focused approach. It added that staff were ‘kind and caring’ and treated those it looked after with respect and dignity.
