Cascade Group Sails Through ISO9001 Certification
Cascade Group, the top rated central London print & design house, is pleased to announce that it is now ISO9001 certified.
ISO 9001, is an internationally recognised quality management system that requires regular inspections by independent auditors and provides objective proof that a business has implemented an effective quality management system.
Cascade Group’s ISO9001 certification covers its full range of services including design, web development, marketing services, lithographic & digital printing and print finishing to meet customer requirements for quality of product and service.
“We found that the ISO9001 requirement for continual review and improvement of our services fitted perfectly with what we have been doing for over 30 years – providing high quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients,” commented Richard Adler, the managing director who focuses on the production side of the business. “Without really thinking about it, we had been running our whole business on the basis of quality management. When our assessor asked what our acceptable failure rate was and we said ‘zero’, he burst out laughing!”

As a part of its quality control system, Cascade Group uses the Feefo independent reviews service. At the time of writing Cascade has an overall Feefo rating of 99%.
