The U.S. Navy Seal: The Only Easy Day was Yesterday

Press Release

Set in the future, this is the captivating story of how one U.S. Navy Seal, driven by her depth of patriotism to her country, defies all odds of survival to protect the America she knows and loves.

Jenna Marks, a decorated U.S. Navy Seal, is on the verge of retirement after twenty years of outstanding service and dedication to her country, but there is one more operation she must carry out. An operation that has the potential to prevent the founding of one of the biggest political scandals to hit America since the Watergate scandal.

Her mission is to carry out a ‘clean and sweep’ of an abandoned government facility where over 650 military personnel have lost their lives. Confidential information that could uncover the lies and deception that sit behind the facility, one that could end the lives of many Americans as they know it, must be destroyed. Faced with unimaginable horrors and the startling complexity of the facility, as disturbing events unfold, the mission objective changes. As Marks’s team uncover the unexpected truths of the facility, the magnitude of corruption becomes apparent and the presidential administration comes into question.

Waiting at the facility is the future of the military, a force neither Marks nor her team were expecting to encounter. Overpowered and pushed to her limits, with each setback, Marks questions some of her previous mission objectives. Astoundingly, she is able to recollect past missions with absolute clarity, but it comes at a price. Armed with the knowledge the facility provides, Marks begins to see the ominous nature of missions that should have been straightforward, and a deeply guarded secret comes to light, shocking her to the core. Who can she trust? Or must she find the courage and determination to guide herself through this mission from hell?

About Cinematic Expansions

Hollywood once a upon time used to bring out movies like as if they were movies from the Golden Classic eras of Rock Hudson, Fred Astaire, Audrey Hepburn where we would see the likes of John Mclane being a one man army running through the Nakatomi Plaza figuring out ways to beating Hans Gruber at his own game. Well, after watching these classic genres as a great movie buff and having endured them as a child while watching behind the sofa of the first time in seeing Aliens go head to head with Sigourney Weaver’s Ripley in the 1986 classic Aliens or Dutch in Predator played by the gusto type actor of one Mr.Arnold Schwarznegger, I decided to take the punt of wanting to write about original conceptual ideas whereby when people would get into reading, it wasn’t just a case of feeling that it’s a normal book.
