Award-winning agency, CHS appoints new MD and Chair of the Board
CHS, the Dorset based, award-winning full-service agency, is pleased to announce two new appointments to its leadership team - with a new Managing Director, and new Chair of the Board.
After over 25 years at the agency, current MD Steve Keats is moving into the new role of Chair of the Board as he hands the running of the agency over to Chris Southgate from October 1st.
Chris Southgate joined the agency in 2009 to lead a growing digital team and has since been instrumental in winning pitches for key client accounts including HSBC, Allianz and Mastercard.
Chris said of the appointment “Over the past 11 years, I've had the absolute privilege to be part of the team here at CHS, working with some of the most talented, creative, incredible people I've ever met. And I could not be more excited about our next chapter.”

CHS’ new Chair of the Board, Steve Keats will continue to support Chris and the wider CHS team “I am delighted that Chris will be stepping up to Managing Director as I take a step back, although I won’t be going anywhere. I’ll still be actively involved as Chair of the Board, setting and implementing our strategy and direction, and of course, supporting Chris in his new role.”
