Code Ninjas reports record expansion as more entrepreneurs join UK network

Code Ninjas extraordinary success since landing on UK shores is causing waves in both the business and technology industries, as more prospects invest in their own children’s coding centres. With ten locations now planned to launch across the south of England in the coming months, British entrepreneurs continue to capitalise on the demand for kids coding education.

And the good news keeps on coming! In line with their rapid rate of growth on British soil, the international brand has just opened the doors of their brand-new UK headquarters. Fronted by Head of UK Development, Diane Vesey, business owners from around the country can now meet with the UK support team at the head office in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

“Demand for the Code Ninjas model here in the UK has increased so rapidly that it was crucial for us to open a centralised hub,” explained Diane. “This is where I and the rest of the UK team will be based – when we’re not out on the road, supporting business owners in-centre! This is a really exciting time for the Code Ninjas network as our UK presence continues to grow. I’m looking forward to welcoming centre owners and prospects to our new head office.”

The launch of the UK head office was formally announced at the third UK Discovery Day, in central London on the 11th November. More than sixty entrepreneurs were greeted by David Graham – founder and CEO – and other representatives from the US. David and his team introduced the Code Ninjas business opportunity and vision for the future, before attendees were welcomed to ask questions about the model.

Amongst the crowd were husband and wife team, Girish Betadpur and Divya Vajapeyam, who have recently invested in a Code Ninjas centre, which will be based near their home in Milton Keynes. They were inspired to join the kids coding brand after their own daughter expressed an interest in learning to code.

“Both Divya and I come from a technology background, so we’re more than aware of the need for the next generation to have an understanding of coding. I’d actually been teaching Aadya, our 11-year-old daughter, the basics of coding language when I came across the Code Ninjas business opportunity. Having recently just sold my own technology firm, the timing was perfect for me to invest in the model. Our long-term goal is to establish the Code Ninjas programme across Buckingham and open other centres, with our Milton Keynes centre as our flagship. I think what Code Ninjas are doing for the landscape of kids coding education is pretty remarkable and we’re incredibly excited to be part of the team,” said Girish.

Girish and Divya’s combined experience in the technology industry, coupled with their business ownership skills, make them a great addition to the UK network. But David is keen to point out that a background in the industry isn’t a prerequisite for success with Code Ninjas.

“For me, one of the most interesting things about our Discovery Days is the variety of talent in the room,” said David. “What links them is their understanding of the need for our programme in the UK and shared passion for our brand. It’s incredible to have entrepreneurs like Girish and Divya join us and we’re excited to see where they will take their business. I’ve been so impressed with the continued interest in Code Ninjas. We’re already looking into sourcing a location for our next Discovery Day in the new year. Watch this space!”
