Ecommerce and back office system provider Comgem has been shortlisted for two BOSS Industry 2021 Awards. Comgem are finalists in the ebusiness award, and service provider of the year.
Though the last difficult 18 months, where the COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges to small and medium businesses across the UK and the World – Comgem took this time to identify ways in which they could evolve their business and strategize a way to offer these businesses cost effective solutions.
Comgem, who is part-owned by Office Dealer Group Advantia, has been shortlisted for the ebusiness award for their fully integrated ecommerce, back office, and marketing platform. This project was undertaken with the objective to provide one unified platform to help businesses sell more, fulfil orders, and build brand awareness – All in one place. Comgem released three new products, which together provide all the tools needed for businesses to manage and grow their business.
To support the launch of their new products, Comgem have also been building their support portal, which includes guides and videos to provide support for their existing customers on how to use the platform. One of the reasons they are up for service provider of the year is their drive to build and grow their community. This has involved email marketing, promoting their support site, and targeted focus groups to get honest customer feedback and opinions, as well as identifying new ways to improve.
As part of the launch of their three new products, Comgem undertook an extensive social media campaign to build up to the launch, this was also accompanied by a new website and the aforementioned support site.

The winning entrants for the BOSS Industry Awards 2021 will be announced on the 25th of November 2021 at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel Manchester.
