Country Box Caterer highlights its corporate event service
Small food business Country Box Catering Ltd is available to serve a wide range of corporate and other functions.
Owner Wayne Harvey set up the company in 2014, with an eye on the market for street food in the business’s home city of Norwich, and dishing up food from the back of a converted horse-box. Since then, it has evolved to cater for events, especially corporate occasions, although it also enjoys serving weddings and other private parties. The horse-box has now also been sold as the business has expanded.
Harvey says: “We are glad to help take the stress out of event catering. The food is clearly a key part of any event, and we’d be happy to take care of that.”
Country Box Catering focuses on quality with its fresh, varied and expertly cooked food. One of its specialities is game, and in November it was shortlisted in the prestigious national Eat Game awards in the small market trader category.
The company aims to increase this focus on high-quality game in the future, while also upping the number of events it caters for.
Its dishes range from pumpkin soup to a full English breakfast to its popular venison burgers, and there are many Facebook reviews from happy customers who’ve used Country Box Catering for their event.
Harvey says: “Our menu aims to bring the rustic feel of the countryside to food, and to serve all our dishes with a generous touch of class!”
