Doshake launch three Dosha based shakes
Ayurvedic meal replacement company, Doshake, are excited to announce the launch of three Dosha based shakes.
In a market dominated by one-size-fits-all approaches to health and wellbeing, Doshake is launching a hybrid shake that focuses on both nutrition and holistic health. The hybrid product combines the wisdom of the East and West to help consumers stay fit and live a healthier, happier lifestyle.
All of the shakes are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free as the company aims to minimise their food footprint and environmental impact. The shakes consist of Vedic herbs and each shake will be tailored to a specific body type, referred to as Dosha. Every one of the three shakes contains a unique macronutrient count which is specific to each Dosha type. Each shake has a unique fat, protein, fibre and carbohydrate-rich formula to meet the unique requirements of each Dosha.
A spokesperson for Doshake said: "The current global meal replacement industry is packed with non-healthy, nutrient-poor products that focus on convenience over health. Our shakes are different. We have successfully crafted shakes that appeal to the best features of different nutritional systems, delivering nutrients specific to an individual's needs.
Doshake is formulated from a blend of carefully calculated natural, ethically sourced ingredients. Ingredients such as coconut, flaxseed, chia seeds, sweet potato, matcha green tea and green banana starch are combined to create shakes that are both delicious in flavour and high in nutrition.
Furthering their environmental efforts, Doshake has designed their shakes to be made by a consumer with no electricity or gas. To prepare, a consumer needs to simply mix water or plant-based milk with the shake powder.
