Inspiring Local Business Woman Nominated in Yorkshire Choice Awards

Yorkshire businesswoman Margaret Inglesant has been nominated for Business Woman of the Year with the Yorkshire Choice Awards.

Margaret co-founded Scarborough’s Inspiring Women and organised the first International Women’s Day event in March 2019 to widespread acclaim. The enterprising professional also set up her own business, Inspire UK, in 2013.

Margaret said: “I am thrilled to have been nominated for this fantastic award and feel very honoured to be listed alongside some superb local businesses and entrepreneurs.”

The Yorkshire Choice Awards recognises and raises awareness of local people and independent businesses that are inspirational in their own way.

The Business Woman of the Year Category is sponsored by Deep Blue Telecom, an independent telecommunications specialist based in Wetherby, and the ceremony will take place at The Centenary Pavilions, Leeds United Football Club on Saturday 14th March 2020. The host will be former BBC Look North presenter Christa Ackroyd.

Margaret enjoyed a varied career before starting Inspire UK that enables people to reach their full career potential through an array of coaching techniques. Her qualifications include those in Psychometric Testing, Business and Executive Coaching and in Recruitment Practice.
