Mr Wroe has an established career history, having worked across a wide range of sectors in senior management and board-level roles. He has seen great success in varied areas, from product development to executing end-to-end business strategies, and understands the work and coordination that goes into building a company from the ground up.
Differentiating themselves from traditional management consultancy services, Gambit aims to be an all-inclusive service to assist businesses at any stage with their overall growth and development, becoming the conduit between each department and the leadership team. Working as a ‘key partner’ in their clients’ companies, Gambit takes away the distractions that come with growing a business and enabling the management and leadership teams to focus on their day-to-day tasks.
Wroe’s success started by turning his manufacturing business into profit during the 2008 recession, not only in the UK but internationally. The service they provide is entirely bespoke and flexible depending on the needs of their clients, with a focus on supporting and guiding business activities relative to their own circumstances. With a worldwide recession on the horizon, many hundreds of people are finding themselves out of work and are using the opportunity to start up on their own.
