One month to go until Raffle House draws guaranteed winner

Current Raffle House draw will close on 31 July with one lucky player guaranteed to win a £500k London property.

London: 1 July 2020: There is just one month to go until Raffle House closes its current draw where one entrant is guaranteed to win the keys to a luxury two bed London apartment.

With only 15,000 tickets still available to the draw, the odds of winning are incredibly favourable. Remember, the property will still be awarded even if the ticket threshold is not met.

If all 60,000 tickets are sold when the competition closes on 31 July, Raffle House will also provide the winner with a brand-new Land Rover Discovery Sport.

The car on offer is a Land Rover Discovery Sport 2.0 D150 2WD with a market value of £30,000, which can also be claimed as a cash prize if the winner prefers.

In addition to awarding the £500,000 property, Raffle House will also cover Stamp Duty and Legal Fees, with tickets costing just £10 each and discounts available for multiple purchases.

The company is also offering £10,000 worth of free tickets to NHS workers as a thank-you for their incredible bravery and tireless work during the Covid-19 pandemic – more details can be found here.

In addition to this offer, 2.5% of all ticket sales will be given to homelessness charities with Raffle House donating almost £14,000 to Centerpoint and Housing for Women through its inaugural draw.

Benno Spencer, CEO of Raffle House, said: “We are closing in on our draw date and we want to encourage everyone to enter to be in with the chance of winning the keys to a stunning property.

“The property is guaranteed to be awarded even if we don’t meet our ticket threshold, but if we do, we will also throw in a brand-new Land Rover Discovery.

“At a time when it is increasingly difficult for people to get on the property ladder we want to do all we can to get as many people as possible owning their own home by shaking up the housing market.

“This competition will be absolutely life-changing for one lucky entrant and we look forward to closing the draw and announcing the winner in early August.”
