Go-Group Delivers Critical PPE to NHS Heroes
Global moving and relocation experts, Go-Group, has commissioned and delivered over 30 tons of personal protective equipment (PPE) to England’s frontline heroes since the beginning of April 2020.
On learning that vital PPE was not getting through to NHS frontline workers and carers alike, Go-Group felt compelled to help. Years of expertise in logistics and transportation meant that they were in a strong position to deliver the goods with speed at this critical time.
Using their offices in China and Hong Kong, Go-Group commissioned the production of an initial 10 tons of masks and protective clothing. Very soon this was increased to 30 tons and the number is still rising. Just 2 weeks after the initial order was placed, the PPE was successfully delivered to hospitals in Devon and Exeter as well as to several care homes and corporate offices in preparation for a return to work around the UK and US.

Transportation is key to the supply and we just knew if we used our contacts in Hong Kong, we would be able to help those desperately in need of PPE.
