Joint Venture (‘’JV’’) between Hyman Capital and Real Estate Advisory Services
We are pleased to announce the JV of boutique investment bank and big four service provider, Hyman Capital with Real Estate Advisory Services Ltd a specialist provider of advice on commercial real estate issues in the UK and Europe.
The JV will capitalise on the combined corporate finance, due diligence and fund-raising skills of Hyman Capital together with a focus on corporate real estate issues including cost reduction, value enhancement and portfolio optimisation opportunities. Property is typically the second highest cost on a company balance sheet and often a resource that is under valued and has no representation at Board level.
