Award-winning Social Enterprise Renaisi appoints ICONI to help deliver their RISE Employability Programme

Within a few weeks of being implemented, Renaisi had over 1,000 programme participants added to the new solution, which helped them have full visibility of the support they provide to their customers.

RISE (Refugees into Sustainable Employment) is a free employment programme which supports refugees across ten London boroughs, helping them find sustainable, rewarding employment through dedicated support. ICONI Software is delighted that it has been appointed by Renaisi and implemented a case management solution for RISE.

Renaisi selected ICONI after being impressed by the ease of use of their Employability software and seeing that it would enable their programme managers to put their time and focus into where it is most needed: supporting programme participants.

The CEP solution implemented for Renaisi is built on a highly configurable system, developed and implemented by ICONI to the needs of Renaisi.

Renaisi chose a range of built-in features including ICONI’s Course Management feature that improves the access to training courses and workshops and enables course bookings to be made within the solution.
