Initially London is the UK's most extensive monogramming company, specialising in accessories, linens & gifts featuring fabulous embroidered monograms. Every order is bespoke, sewn by a team of embroidery artisans in our Fulham-based studio and showroom. Yet our prices, which include monogramming, are accessible and our customer service is exceptional.

Our website's Monogram Design Tool lets you create your own monogram from over 50 font styles and thread colours, and then preview the design on any of our products. It's so much fun to experiment with different fonts until you find one that truly expresses your personal brand.

In the same way companies use font styles, thread colours and a bit of graphic design to create a brand logo, our monograms allow you to create a timeless personal logo that is beautifully executed in embroidery. Unlike painting, printing and stamping, embroidery threads move with the fabric so the monogram will not peel, crack or fade. We have taken personalisation to a whole new level.

As much as possible we use sustainably grown and durable fabrics such as linen, jute, Moroccan palm leaf, sisal, raffia and organic cotton.

We use graphic design, a huge range of font styles and bold thread colours to create truly unique and timeless gifts. Every order is bespoke and made-to-order by our team of embroidery artisans and textile designers in our Fulham studio. The business was founded in 2015 by ex-City banker Jane Wiest who, as an American expat in London, was looking for American-style monogramming in the UK as sold by big US retailers like Mark & Graham, Pottery Barn, Horchow and LLBean. Initially London is now the only full-service monogramming company in the UK.
