Colchester -based Independent Estate Agent Expands to meet Market Demand
A Colchester-based independent estate agent has increased its team by two to meet demand for homes in the Essex area. James Leigh Property Management, based in Colchester, has brought two new agents onboard this March to help the firm meet demand and continue its growth plans for 2021.
Robert Burdett, MD said," I'm delighted to welcome our new agents on board. Mr Burdett continues, "Our growth plans continued throughout 2020, when we added sales to our already successful residential lettings business, and now that we approach Spring, the time is right to continue our investment with our two new appointments."
Aaron Pooley joins the team with over 12 years’ experience in estate agency. As a former branch manager and a resident of Colchester for some 40 years, Aaron knows the property market in the CO postcodes inside out.

Also joining JLPM is Simon Magee who will be active in the village of Coggeshall. Simon not only brings a wealth of experience and a strong history of successful customer relations, having lived in the village for many years, he also brings knowledge of the local property market.
