New Midlands-based vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics company launches
People looking to purchase more eco-friendly cosmetics have been given something to celebrate, with the launch of ground-breaking new brand Kingdom Cosmetics. Founded by Niamh Reid, Kingdom Cosmetics is a start-up with a difference, stocking only vegan and cruelty free products for customers who want to shop with a clear conscience.
Speaking at the launch on 6th July 2019, owner Niamh Reid said: “We want to inspire a generation to shop for cosmetics without consequence. The beauty and fashion industries have been guilty of having a serious detrimental impact on the environment and on animals, which is why I want to make a difference through Kingdom Cosmetics.
“We currently stock only vegan and cruelty free products from Barry M, Beauty Without Cruelty, Saturated Colour and PHB Ethical Beauty, but we’re looking to expand our range in the near future. We’re also minimising our environmental impact by using only eco-friendly packaging materials, meaning everything can be recycled right down to the tape, and the packaging beans can be used for compost. Launching Kingdom Cosmetics is a dream come true for me, and we’ve already proven there’s a demand by developing a strong customer following online.”
