Much like all UK hotel operators, Lavender Hotel’s have been closed to the general public from 24th March when the government announced lockdown measures. However since easing of lockdown which was announce last week, they are now preparing to once again welcome customers back through the door.
The family owned business owns 4 Best Western Hotels with rural locations across the northwest including the Old Mill Hotel (Ramsbottom), Higher Trapp House (Ribble Valley), Oaks Hotel (nr Pendle Hill) and the Everglades Park Hotel (Widnes). Staying guest will experience some of the UK’s most stunning countryside and there are a lot of hidden gems just waiting to be discovered.
From great walks, bike trails and local parks to national trust attractions; a stay at all Lavender Hotel’s can offer a relaxing break with great things to do away from densely populated areas.
Guests will also be able to book on an all-inclusive basis. Offering incredible value for money the package includes dinner, drinks (from 6pm – 11pm) and breakfast. Two people can stay from just £138 per room per night.
When the hotels do open in July, the group have put in place a robust hygiene and social distancing policy which has been designed to minimise contact, enforce social distancing and enhance cleaning levels throughout the hotel.
“To gauge the general feeling we sent out survey to our customers a couple of weeks ago and the feedback received was very positive and heartening. There seems to be an immense appetite for people wanting to holiday in the UK post lockdown.” Said group director Jonathan Butterworth, “However, they will only do so if they feel safe. So we are extremely lucky that all our hotels are in rural locations and we have put in place a very detailed plan to ensure we can operate in a clean, safe and relaxing environment for both guests and staff.”
