Sarah explains “There are over 5.9m small to medium businesses (SMEs) in the UK. That is businesses with less than 250 employees. These companies may not be at the stage where they need their in-house HR specialist, but they do need help with HR and people-related issues, plus someone to call on for help and advice should they need it.”
