Kate Munns, previous of Watches of Switzerland Group and now Lily Arkwright Operations Manager will push ahead with hiring spree as it seeks to extend its position as UK and Europe's lab grown diamond retailer.
New positions include strategic managerial posts and an increase in sales headcount alongside recent bespoke jewellery appointments.
The Manchester based jeweller retailer has enjoyed several years of growth following its launch in 2015 as it seeks to promote ethical jewellery alternatives.
