Lingotot’s CEO Angela Sterling Becomes EWIF’s North East Regional Chair

EWIF, or Encouraging Women Into Franchising, is an organisation looking to change the face of the franchising industry so that women have a larger voice and presence. They primarily do this through supporting women who have an interest in getting involved with franchising, whether as a franchisee or franchisor. They have built up a community who offer free advice, help sessions, guidance and much more.

One of those community members is Angela Sterling, founder and CEO of Lingotot. Angela has been involved with EWIF for many years and previously stood as the North East Regional Chair. The fantastic news is that Angela is now back as Regional Chair, taking over from Kieran James, alongside Fiona Leggott from Blossom Home Care who will be North East Regional Support. With their combined years of experience and passion for franchising they will be providing regional support to all women in the North East either already in the franchising sector or looking to move into it.

Angela says. ‘I am blown away by the work EWIF does for women in franchising and am overjoyed to be a part of it. We are looking forward to our first regional meet up on 10th June at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle and for all that follows!’
