Intellectual Property Experts Fortify England’s Enterprise Support Network

Start.Biz (National Business Register Group Limited) have signed a commercial partnership agreement with The National Enterprise Network (NEN). The deal will empower Start.Biz to support more SMEs across England with company formations and a suite of Intellectual Property services, whilst rewarding enterprise support providers for assisting UK founders to launch their start-ups with adequate business protection in place.

Start.Biz joined NEN in 2021, after two entrepreneurs took over the business with a vision to build on its 35-year success. The five key services offered by Start.Biz are Business Name Registration & Protection, Company Formations, Trade Mark, Registered Design, and Domains & Websites. Start.Biz provide tailored packages for owner-founders looking to launch and scale in the current business climate, plus bespoke packages for ventures of all sizes.

The Start.Biz team have a reputation as brand protection specialists, with unparalleled Intellectual Property (IP) expertise. Joining forces with the NEN will make it easier for thousands of SME clients across England to find Start.Biz and receive the specialist business support they need. The introduction of NEN’s partner portal also allows members the chance to give something back to the enterprise support ecosystem.

National Enterprise Network is a membership organisation that brings together Chambers of Commerce, Local Authorities, Enterprise Agencies and specialists training providers, as well as Start Up lenders, business incubators and growth hubs.

NEN’s Chairman Alex Till said; “We are thrilled to have Start.Biz on board at this exciting time as the Network evolves. It’s fantastic to see entrepreneurs go on to lead their own enterprise support organisations and share their knowledge and passion across the sector, through the NEN.”

Bevan Edwards, co-owner of Start.Biz, said; “We’ve been looking forward to launching our offer to NEN members and their clients and we’re really optimistic about the opportunities this will create – both for the small businesses we support, and for the enterprise support providers across the network who are interested in collaborating with Start.Biz.”

Members of the National Enterprise Network are encouraged to guide their start-up clients to Start.Biz via the NEN Partner Portal and will receive a referral reward in recognition.
