Resilience for social leaders starts with a mental ‘reset’

A not for profit organisation in the South East of England is giving away free training on Resilience.

The Resilience Programme by Be Inspired Today is aimed at founders of small social organisations, and includes 7 workshops, 3 group sessions and free membership for 6 months to SE Folk: an online knowledge hub for the social leader community.

‘Be Inspired Today’ joined the National Enterprise Network in Q1 of 2022 in order to access industry-leading insights, cutting-edge delivery resources and exclusive discounts and benefits for enterprise support organisations.

Using Postcode Lottery funding, Be Inspired founder Rob Whitwood is focused on supporting the individuals leading micro-charities and small social enterprises, as they work through the post-covid recovery period and overcome both financial and mental health challenges.
