Even if the pound falls during Brexit, NeoTripper makes sure you're ROI won't!

Statistically, in tough economic times, businesses spend less money on advertising. So Keenan Clarke, the founder of NeoTripper has launched a groundbreaking economical advertising solution for restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions that want more customers visiting their place. All they have to do is connect and then they will get thousands of unique trippers dreaming, planning, sharing, and experiencing visits to those businesses while on leisure trips.

For 2 years, Keenan has been leading a focused research and development team at NeoTripper in their quest to connect businesses to travel customers. Now, NeoTripper’s platform lets users plan dream trips that include amazing tours, activities, and restaurants and share those with the world.

The idea for NeoTripper was incepted when Keenan began thinking of ways to share his unique experiences with his “foreign” to help her experience the best things to do in her new home city. Keenan made a paperback travel guide for her, that had pictures of locations, QR codes to get directions to those locations and recommendations for nearby places to eat.

After Keenan had given this book to her, word of mouth travelled quickly across the university, which forced him to think of ways to allow all people to share amazing experiences…. NeoTripper lets people share trips that they are dreaming of and trips that they have taken already.

Knowing that he had to bring the functionality of the book online, Keenan sought advice and spoke to Paris Petgrave, an entrepreneur and investor at Rare Seed Capital. Paris immediately saw the advertising potential of NeoTripper and said that it could be a unicorn. She wasn’t wrong…

Keenan accidentally created NeoTripper, a startup that promises to connect the experiences segment which is the world’s last remaining “offline” travel market segment. A segment that is worth £121 billion. A segment that is growing by 7% each year.

2 years later, NeoTripper is a part of the NatWest Entrepreneurial Accelerator. It was selected because of the post-Brexit advertising potential for local businesses like restaurants because once a restaurant has connected to the platform, users can include those restaurants, bars and tourist attractions in an infinite number of trips, that can be seen an infinite number of times for no additional costs, and with an uncertain economic future ahead of us, this is perhaps NeoTripper's most valuable asset. Their community of travellers behave like promotes.

This is the evolution of affiliate marketing because it is so much more organic and so much more inclusive. And best of all, the community are active trippers so they are highly likely to convert without the intrusive and outdated bombardment of advertising that we see on other communal platforms.

The story of NeoTripper is a real one. We were founded by travellers for travellers.

“I want the world to see the World.”

About NeoTripper

The concept of NeoTripper took 3 years to seed. In December 2015, Keenan Clarke, the founder of NeoTripper was in the final year of his English and Creative Writing degree. His linguistics lecturer, Ursula Lutzky challenged him to create an innovative and destructive idea and submit it to the Deutsche Bank Award. At the same time, he was experimenting with ways to disrupt the publishing industry, by integrating media to the traditional paperback novel by using QR codes. At the same time, he was in a relationship with an international student who wanted to know the best places to visit and the best things to do in her new and temporary home city. So he created a narrative travel guide that used QR codes to promote the best activities from his own experience. He then submitted this idea to the Deutsche Bank. That book didn't win the award, but it sparked an innovation that led to NeoTripper becoming a proud member of the NatWest Entrepreneurial Accelerator 2019 cohort. NeoTripper connects businesses to the travel blogging community by charging them a fee to join the platform and because we allow our users to plan trips with amazing things, just like the trip that I planned for my girlfriend, our users don't just spend money on the businesses services, they also promote those businesses by sharing trips that they are dreaming of, and trips they have already taken on social media. Keenan Clarke is a storyteller and he loves to create new mediums for other people to tell stories. NeoTripper is one example of this, another example is through his music production. He produces music for various artists around the world.
