Looking to Buy or Sell a Home? How This App is Helping Us

Black Label Properties Launches a New Mobile App and Enhanced Social Media Presence

It's a busy time for Black Label Properties; we're expanding our reach and getting started on a number of new ventures to help make finding and purchasing Berlin property more accessible to our clients. This week, we have launched a new mobile app which you can download here.

Black Label Properties is taking advantage of new technology and making the property buying process easier with a new mobile app! We're excited to be at your fingertips, displaying our available properties and up-to-date information on Berlin real estate. On the train to work, or just lounging at home, you can scroll through our catalogue of apartments and homes for sale by neighbourhood, price, or housing style. Push notifications will also keep you up to date on available homes and property news. For more detailed and specific information, readers can visit the magazine section, which will focus on especially interesting properties available, as well as important topics or news happening with Black Label Properties and the Berlin real estate scene.

"The new BL app is here to help our clients quickly and easily search for Berlin properties from their mobile devices. The app will offer exclusive access to properties before they are posted to our websites, so those who have downloaded the app will be the first to view new properties on the market. By offering the English BL-app, we plan to make life easier for our clients and help them find a new home in Berlin. The best part about the app is that it's accessible from all over the world," says Achim Amann, co-founder of Black Label Properties.

We're also pleased to announce that we're building up our social media channels, offering both business and real estate information as well as diving into local events and cultural highlights that make Berlin and Germany such an amazing place to call home. Check us out on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Apple News. We now have two YouTube channels as well. Our original channel provides need-to-know information about moving to Berlin and steps to purchasing property, while our new Black Label Berlin Knowledge takes viewers on tours around the city with our relocations consultant Clive Gross and his electric motorbike Wilhelm.

It's hard to condense our love for the city to short bursts on social media; we want to share it all. With a new piece every Thursday, our weekly blog focuses more on the cultural side of the city, but it also covers everything from necessary purchasing steps and getting your visa to the best underground art exhibitions and lesser-known events around the city that you won't want to miss.

Download our app to keep up to date on the newest properties available, and follow us, like us, and tweet us. Let us know what you want to read about; we want to hear from you!

Through interviews, features and profiles I hope to go a little deeper than the average travel guide to showcase this raw, diverse and creative town. I am inspired by the Slow Food movement, a global, grassroots organisation which campaigns for a better way to eat and celebrates regional traditions, gastronomic pleasure and a slower pace of life. I believe in a more personal and organic form of travel, which is about getting beneath the skin of a place so that when you leave you have a better understanding of its people, passions and politics. www.slowtravelhastings.com.
