ST LEONARDS #54 METALLICS – Shimmer This Spring With Our Studio 54 Inspired Metallic Bags

28th April 2018, ST LEONARDS – Inspired by the carefree hedonism of the legendary Studio 54 disco era, the #54 is perfect for adding shimmer to your existing wardrobe. Based on the same design ethos as the Totely collection: pared down, utilitarian, and unlined, the #54 range is about comfortable, relaxed style and the signature centre darts. Choose from three designs to take you from day to night. Seen here worn by our model Anita, we decided to go down the layering look, so the images are mirroring, shimmering and reflective.

#54 Metallics Slouchy Satchel, £185 – Made from super soft Italian metallic foiled cowhide, it’s unstructured and floppy with no extra pockets or lining. It has a 3cm wide heavy cotton webbing strap that’s adjustable and two pops of colour at the sides of the metal trigger hooks. A leather thong secures the bag. Dimensions: 39cm wide x 31cm high when closed. The adjustable strap allows you to wear it higher under the arm or low slung like a satchel. Colours: Pewter or Gold.

#54 Metallics Slouchy Tote, £155 – Made from Italian metallic foiled cowhide, it’s unstructured and floppy with no extra pockets or lining. Dimensions: 39cm wide and 46cm tall. Shoulder straps are made from a sturdy 3cm wide cotton webbing. There’s a 27cm drop from the top of the straps to the top of the bag. Colours: Pewter or Gold. Totely perfect for work or shopping.

#54 Metallics Halston Mini Bag, £150 – A small bag that will keep your phone, keys and cards safe in a sexy, effortless way. The perfect dance partner! Clean lines, functional shape and a buttery soft tumbled Italian cowhide, this bag will be your go-to pouch for fun whether you’re out on the tiles or shopping in town. A stylish nod to the effortless style and proportions of the designer Halston and Studio 54.

Dimensions: 30cm wide at the top, opening 23cm wide and 16cm tall. Base: 19cm x 10cm deep. The strap is a soft folded leather tube knotted at the ends. You can also remove it and use it as a makeup pouch. Wear it over the shoulder for a retro style or across the body to be hands-free. Colours: Pewter, Silver, Gold and Pinky Rose Gold.

“Shimmering metallics are perfect for adding some va-va-voom to your wardrobe this spring. They can turn even the dullest all-black outfit into something rather special,” says founder and creative director “K” Avery-Stallion. “Have a sneaky peek at some of the buttery soft tumbled cowhides ST LEONARDS has online. You can also pop into the store to view samples and place an order in person.”
